We called Colin at 11 am on a Saturday morning, he called back right away and was able to come over at 4:30, by 5:45 was had a new water heater. Colin made sure to wear covers over his boots everytime he entered the house, he was professional, courteous and friendly. He was reasonably Priced and did not charge us extra to work on Saturday.
