Thought we had a major problem. I contacted Colin thinking we were in for a pretty serious plumbing job. Colin answered my call right away and came out the next day to take a look at the leak. After about 5 minutes, Colin was able to diagnose the leak as a blown o-ring in my faucet. His repair was quick and diligent making sure he had corrected the problem.
